TELKOM WOES

<p>Telkom must be the most simple minded bunch of clowns I have ever come across. They have set a credit limit on my telkom account which is half of what just the rental on the service alone is. Which means they the minute they generate the invoice, all my services are suspended. I even have a R0.00 balance according to them as all is paid up, yet still both my adsl and LTE service have been suspended. I have called them 6 times today, and have been assured by them the the suspension has been lifted, but the last call I made stated that it will only be lifted once the credit limit dispute has been resolved - this will take 72 hrs. I have asked to speak to the supervisor have they have refused to put me through. So my services have been suspended when no amount is due and it cannot be resolved because no amount is due - really, how simple minded is that</p>
