Telkom without accounts department that is the problem

I log I dispute on Hello Peter. Telkom react that they pass it to the accounts department. Sorry Telkom it seems that you dont have an accounts department. I month later and no answer. I am trying to get so someone that can read but it seems that nobody at Telkom is educated!!!!! Will this help that someone will phone me.??????
