Telkom without a doubt the worst service in SA!!

Wow, Telkom you are going to lose all your customers!! I pay my account on time every month via eft, and have done so for 2 years now? Yet, for some reason they cannot find my last 3 payments even though I have sent them proof of payment, and have subsequently switched off my wifi! What the hell is wrong with your accounts department TELKOM?

Still nothing done on acc no, ***, account overpaid but wifi still off!! Proof of payment sent 27 times already?? What wrong with Telkom??
