Telkom with their horrible customer service representatives.

The worst call centre agent ever. I called Telkom to cancel my debit order because I no longer want them to debit from my account. Thama Mphephu was the agent that took my call. He told me that was not possible and they will continue to debit. I asked him to escalate my matter and he refused telling me there was no need.
