Telkom With Their Attorneys are *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day I need Telekom Company to clear my name from all different kind of Atomies that irritate me seems I return product That I ordered and returned to them as it didn’t meet my requirements. I ordered router for my child for her studies, when we want to use it, it appears that we can’t access what we want. On our agreement I have been told everything is ok and coverage is ok. We call Telkom and we have been advised to go to area where there is wifi.The only area is in town with Wi-Fi. So I didn’t want to put my kid at risk, and I send products back within seven days as we agreed upon and no charges. It was on the 22July 2019 when I return my Telekom product (trace ref number or collection ref number RW***5) I call Telkom regarding attonies who irritate me day and night, they give me ref ND***7 to make queries but these didn’t Help me, I can do anything believing I’m black listed. I have send every one Telekom, their Attorneys all relevant documents To prove that product send back, only respond I got from Telekom was product receive long time ago they will stop their attorneys From irritating me (under ref ***4) which Telekom states they receive everything and everything is cancelled long time ago. Today I phone Attorneys on respond to message send to my phone stating that I must pay that amount of R3, 300.estimated, and message Send Yesterday to my mobile.(from these attorneys BHAM &DAHYA ATTORNEYS CALL *** REF..TELNAB/A23355) Worst case scenario, for me to be free from those irritating attorneys and give my phone and myself including my family a peace of mind, Should I rate Telekom 0 (zero) or should I rate Attorneys -0(-0) or so vice versa. Worse part these morning of 23.June.2021, when talking to these attorneys (female),I told her is been long on going issue and telecom Told me case is closed, she says I must send her all my documents to her as proof, I told her i send them more than six times to attorneys ,now I can’t afford is too costly .she says is my responsibility, so telephonically I gave her these ref (***4) STRESSED,FEDUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
