Telkom with the worst reception is also ******ing me!

Telkom has outright been ******ing me! My October invoice for 1 November was -R0.30 and today it's R1203?? I have a R399 contract exiting this month as well as a R40 contract that expired last year which they just renewed and continued to deduct. I have requested to cancel this ******* when it expires, a few months ago on the website. Let's see whether they action my request, otherwise I'm notifying the ombudsman. I'm done being overcharged while there are so many places in SA that has absolutely no reception.
