telkom with samsung care

ive been trying for a week now and 30 phone call and visited all the stores, i cannot get my contract or proof of purchase send to me, everyone keeps sending me in circles, i need my Samsung phone repaired and cannot get it done without this, i bought the phone telephonic-ally and just signed the couriers computer, i need help on this as i need my phone fixed
