Telkom with pathetic service as per usual

Telkom Lte service is pathetic, the call center is practically useless, constantly on hold just to get transferred to another useless individual, I have an uncapped lte service which practically works 15% of the time and yet expected to pay 100% for an utterly stupid service . Spent about 1hour on hold , im done with this useless service. Telkom needs a wake up call , because i have dealt with this service on Adsl and clearly some things never change.
