Telkom with no telephone number????

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom line since the 29 of June 2020. It is impossible to cancel my account after trying calling, emailing, etc. There is no telephone number for the cancelation department??? how can a telephone company have no telephone number for their cancelation department???? Every time I send all the documentation to the cancelation department, I receive a letter of receipt and then they ask for the same documentation again. Round and round in the same loop I go. I am asking my bank to cancel the debit order today and this is the end of it. I do not have another month to waist on other companies bad admin. Regards Andree
