Telkom with no integrity

Worst service ever.

I have been over charged and when querying I get no response. I was promise the best quality of service and I'm getting second rate service. I signed up for one service and am n ow being billed for things I never agreed to. I hate that I fell into a trap with Telkom. Never will I ever recommend this service and never will I use it again. If I could I would just cancel everything but then again I'm not even getting a response and the agents refuse to help me , as I cannot speak and my daughter needs to speak on my behalf, no respect for disabled people and no integrity.
