Telkom with *** service provider and don't cancel my contract

I'm giving telkom a 0 out of 10 with there's services. On the 12 May 20 i canceled my telkom contract online on the 13 may 2020 a lady with the name Precious Mnguni phoned me and help me to cancel the contract she sayes i need to pay R 1614 for the device and R 807 for Temination. On the 18 May 2020 I pay the amount to cancel the contract on the 25 of may telkom deduct R505 I phone Telkom to ask why that said it was for May services. Ok fine so I mail the lady again to ask for the cancellation letter and still no response from hir. Today on the 26 June 2020 telkom deduct R 1606.26 out of my account when O try to phone no one is willing to help me they will drop the phone when i tell me my problem or say i need to hold for account department i waiting longer that a hour for them to answer the phone and still nothing. I will never in my life do business with telkom it is n really *** service provider.
