Telkom with bad service

I am so disappointed at how Telkom Mobile is treating me, the debited about R9100 in my account, they claim that i am still owing them R9181.07, last year i sent them my bank statement i emailed it to the manager Mr Cele: ********** they never even got back to me, my credit it is now affected because of their poor administration, i think their now taking advantage because they no longer having a branch in Mahikeng, i wont advice anyone to take a contract with Telkom , they only want business from us but their administration it is too poor, i am upset with the way they treat clients, i went to nearest Telkom in Klerksdorp which is 170km from my place they couldn't help me as well, they said i should call, when i call they cant assist as well,i will advise people from my area not to take contract with Telkom their crocks.
