Telkom Wireless service useless

We have decided to go over to the wireless system of Telkom, like they promises will not ever have a line that will not work. Well on the 19 October 2018 we got the phone, and since changing over we have had no phones. Can phone out but cant receive calls, have reported it 100 times and it seems telkom cant just not get this phone to work. I am sick and tired of not be able to have phone, we run a business and just to refund us for no service doesn't help. FIX THE PHONE!!!
