Telkom Wireless landline not working since Oct 2018.

My mother who lives in Voelklip Herm**** had her landline replaced with the new wireless land line in about Oct 2018. To date we have not been able to get this phone to connect to the Telkom network. My mother has made numerous visits to the Telkom store in the Whale Mall in Herm**** and I have called the Telkom helpline. I was told that a person would be sent out to my mothers property to get this phone working. This never happened. My mother is 85 years old and needs her phone. I got her a iPhone but this only adds to the stress.

Please please Telkom help me on this one.
