Telkom wireless is Hopeless

I received a wireless land line device two weeks ago and it is still not active. I have called about 4 times to activate the sim and each time they promise to do so but not done. I have been without a landline now for two weeks and Telkom just cant resolve. I have been to two Telkom direct stores (Mall of Africa and Glen Mall), both say they cant assist as it is a sales call that must be dealt with calling 10213 but 10213 dosent resolve the issue
