Telkom wireless excellent service - not

I have been trying since the 1st of February to get my wireless sim that Telkom delivered activated. I have been calling every week for the same thing and receive the same answer - Card will be activated with in 24 hours - yeah right - 24 hours in which century. There is not even a number that you can call to find out about the sim activation on these new wireless phones - great new initiative, but no back up. I really need my phone to work, but I guess with Telkom, hell will freeze over first.
