TELKOM WIRELESS AND FIBRE - WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE DELIVERY

Wireless FLLA to replace copper landlines that I was told would soon be phased out - WORST SERVICE FROM TELKOM. They cut off the landline while the FLLA and SIM were still in the sealed box, no warning, no information from the sales consultant. The FLLA works intermittently; no incoming calls, told to reset the phone, take it to a shop, phone technical. APPALLING SERVICE, USELESS DEVICE.

Telkom fibre - supp**** with a router that is faulty, and so far spent a week trying to have it fixed. Unfortunately I was committed to Telkom/Openserve that had been installed in the complex where I live so I had no option but if I had it to do again; I WOULD NEVER GO TO TELKOM FOR FIBRE OR FOR WIRELESS. Their ideas are good; the execution, service delivery, staff indifference in general is shocking. Shameful.
