TELKOM WINS THE USELESS AWARD YET AGAIN!

Dear Telkom.

Your staff at The Glen are losing you valuable business.

After being patient for over over 90 minutes and complying with the multiple issues of "systems are down", "they don't have any knowledge of the product", and a whole array of other BS..We just had enough and walked out.

I went to the store to do the simple thing of purchasing two laptops. There was a deal advertised in their magazine so I went there, with my magazine in hand and told them this is the deal I would like to purchase.

FIRSTLY, they had NO knowlegde of the product being advertised. They rambled off some information about other products.

My request was not even complicated or anything so I really don't understand the mission we had to go through to just establish that I would like to purchase this straight-foward deal.

FINALLY.. after ONE.THOUSAND.AND.THREE.HUNDRED.QUESTIONS.. we wait for them to process every thing..

This is taking very very very long and during this time, the staff are laughing loudly and chattering amongst themselves. JUST HAVING A BLAST.

I was standing right infront of them and not once did they bother to update me on what is going on or perhaps apologize for the wait but they are working on it.. NOTHING. It was like this UNPROFESSIONAL behavior was a norm.

I was still patient right now. Shocked but patient. I noted a number of other customers complaining about the staff as well.

Because they could not provide ANY service to ANY customer.

After all this, the staff informs me that I need to sign for every thing.. so I said.. Okay..after explaining (a massive amount of useless information).. they tell me that their system is not linked to the system needed to complete my purchase..

SO I MUST NOW FILL IN A FORM.

Wow.. time out. I had enough.

I just walked out.

And called it a day.
