Telkom windermere centre bad service

Incorrect advise given by consultant relating to a number change I went in telkom windermere to have my new contract cellphone number changed to my old telkom number I was told it was impossible

I eventually ended getting assistance from another telkom branch

Consultants at store should be trained on what to do or should have a manager around who supervises as I feel the consultant may have known how to assist but simply choose not to
