Telkom - Will we ever get our money back?????

It is a year since we cancelled our Telkom contract, and paid up our account, resulting in a credit due to us of R544.69. We have contacted Telkom customer service, and requested that they refund us. They have asked on two occasions for our banking details, but so far they have not refunded the money!!!!
