Telkom will ***** your money and you will have no say in the matter

Their products are not bad but it took me from november 2020 to march 2021 to cancel a contract i had with them. Every time they assured me that the contract is now canceled. They are very friendly and helpful when you speak to them but they lie to your face. I have proof on email that they said they canceled my contract the second time they promised me over the phone it's canceled for sure. I guess i will find out next month if they really canceled it this time.

Every month is R900 deducted from my account for a product i can't use anymore. This is steeling, and i know that i am not the only person who struggled with this. So unless you want to make a life time commitment just DON"T USE TELKOM. I have never felt so abused by company in my life ever.
