Telkom will rather loose a contract than refunding a R69. voucher than ws purched.

I have a contract phone with Telkom. on the 28 October I bought an air time of R69 Telkom Voucher through online and I never received my airtime from Telkom, when I call their call centre several times they told me that they are currently having a network problem, this is almost 2 weeks. and I was advised to go and get a bank statement... my God how can you get a bank statement that would cost you R45 to claim a 69 air time. Telkom is useless very pathetic they don't care about their customers, they will rather loose a contract with the customer than refunding a 69, they don't know customer service , till now they still have my 69 air time, I hate Telkom I wish I can cancel their contract. I will never recommend them, and their data don't last 2 days I enough.
