Telkom will not stop billing you after terminatin your serveices

After canceling my service with telkom they continued to bill my account for services that I do not have. Then they report you to the credit bureau as delinquent, after termination of all communication, and removing my account from my profile.

A very bad company the likes to perform phantom billing after termination services.
