Telkom will not let you go!

I have been trying to cancel my landline with Telkom for about 3 months now, and I keep getting the account every month. I live in a small town where Telkom has closed down their office, so I have to drive to Port Elizabeth to go to a Telkom office. I have done this twice now and I still cannot get them to cancel my line. This is totally unacceptable. Stay away from Telkom, you cannot get rid of them once they have you hooked into their system! Be warned!
