Telkom will not lay down dsl lines to Nuutgevonden

I called Telkom a month ago to apply for adsl.<br> <br> They came back to me a month later saying that they do not have lines there and that they will not lay lines.<br> <br> This is ridiculous since i'm a student and need internet?<br> I cannot afford 3G ****les because i need more than 25 GIG a month for study downloads.<br> <br> What am i to do now? Move?<br> <br> Telkom is the only place that has the right to lay down lines, this is the problem, They don't have competition.
