Telkom will not cancel my landline

<p>I have requestd on 14 February 2017 that my landlines (voice and adsl) must be cancelled but to date I have not had any feedback from Telkom. It seems that they will try to extend the cancellation date in order to get more money from the subscriber by not acting on cancellation requests. I see this as ******* business practise and will take this up with newspapers as well.</p>
