Telkom will not cancel landline!

We have been trying for months to cancel my mom's landline. We provided all the documentation requested and were told it takes 30-60 days so worst case scenario it would be cancelled by January. This morning we phoned and were told ADSL has been cancelled (which she never even had!) but the landline has still not been cancelled. We were told to do it all online and it'll take another 30-60 days!!! My mom (who is a pensioner) moved out of the premises at the end of October 2019 and has been paying every month since then because of Telkom's incompetence!
