Telkom will not call you back but gladly debit your bank account unauthorized

I am so disgusted with the treatment from this provider that I have used for 2 years until my contract ended , I am.been debited amounts I did agreee too and have 3 call me backs and that's 2 weeks ago no contact from Telkom ,

Pathetic service
