Telkom - will not be renewing my contract

I have had a Telkom Data Contract for the past 18 months. 120gb Anytime and 120gb Night Time. I have NEVER used 120gb Anytime data in one month. All of a sudden this month my data finished on 17 March 2024, and that is without me doing any extra surfing which I havent done in the last 18 months. Getting hold of Telkom is a lost cause as you only reach self help or bots.
