Telkom will not accept responsibility to cancel my line

Trying to cancel my contract with Telkom due to lack of service. Still no resolution and Telkom are trying to avoid helping me with the cancellation!

Enough is enough.

You're in breach of contact and the consumer protection act. CANCEL MY LINE!!!!!
