Telkom will never let you leave

I have been trying to cancel my mobile account since 2020. I have been telkom since last. I canceled my debit order. 3 months later (February 2021) I got an individual collection company calling. Paid them in which I was advised my contact with be canceled. After paying I was advised I had to go online and cancel myself. Tried to follow their instructions to get it canceled online account suspended. Called the collections who i paid. They cannot help i will have to contact telkom. Contacted them with have to wait 48hrs. Waited 3 days still can't cancel. Been calling going back and forth account still suspended can't cancel my account. Lady that I called literally said theres nothing she can do. I have to go to a store. Go to Northgate they can't help. I am paying Telkom money for absolutely nothing wasting my fuel and calls still can't get out of their contract.
