Telkom will never let you cancel your contract after expiration

I cancelled my contract with Telkom in February, and still to this day, after 3 other cancellation form submission my contract is still active and they continue to debit my account. No call centre can help me on this, and it seems telkom wants to continue debting me even when I nolonger use thier service.

Telkom will never let you easily cancel thier contract, that's something everyone has to be aware of before getting a contract with Telkom. I will never, and I will never recommend anyone to have a contract with Telkom.
