Telkom will never fix my line!

Telkom have ensured that my line stays down for over a Month!!!!<br> <br> This is by far the worst service I have ever received and the technicians and call centre agents just pass the buck!!!!<br> <br> They basically refused to fix my line and never contact me!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!<br> <br> Even when an appointment is booked for Saturday and I waited from 7:30 till 16:00 for a technician nobody came! - The call centre just puts me on hold till I hang up after 45min of being on hold!!!!! <br> <br> Telkom don't give a damn about their customers and they actually basically refuse to attend to my line!<br>
