TELKOM WILL NEVER CHANGE!!!!

Is there a law that protects people against lies? I want to cancel my Telkom contact because I have not received the service and fast internet Telkom was talking about when I got this. I really want to use a better service provider. What can I do and who do I contact to get my Telkom contract canceled? I can not think that a company can hold so many people at ransom for so many months taking money every month for a service they don't provide! THIS IS *****!! I have constant high latency and this has been going on for months on and off. I don't want free data for my money I want the speed I was promised!!! They won't fix the issue by giving away free data because we want the speed! WE WANT A BETTER SERVICE OR TELKOM NEEDS TO PAY US BACK OUR MONEY.
