TELKOM will make you wait a year to get a contract when you've paid them thousands of rands

I have had two contracts with Telkom over the last 2 years but recently, I have waited and begged for them to approve my contract for a cellphone I need for my wife - I was told it takes max two days but I have been waiting for weeks. The Cape Gate store where I app**** never answers its telephone ever, the Manager there is out shopping all day, I saw it with my own eyes, and when I go there to ask about it, they tell me to wait another year , and another year and another year, just for a simple contract YET THEY GAVE A ********* TWO CONTRACTS in two minutes and allowed him to buy airtime and data worth THOUSANDS OF RANDS in my name and it took them 3 months to clear that error after I provided them all the proof they needed in one hour - I understood because I am stupid, I have paid them thousands of rands over the last two years and this is the thanks I get. I would advise people to go to other networks and not join me in this joke of a network. I am looking for a way to cancel everything I have with them and I will tell thousands of my followers on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other Social Media platforms to share about what a joke Telkom is. There was a week where there was no coverage, I forgave them, then they gave a stranger credit, I forgave them, then they billed wrong and failed to reinstate debit order to date, I forgave them... Now I have to beg and wait for 3 years to get a simple contract!!!
