Telkom will inconvenience you!!

So I took a contract with Telkom last year July, they’ve been debuting successfully every month, not even once have they found my account without funds, two days ago they sent me an email saying they will suspend my account because I didn’t pay, yet they deducted money for January, I left it and thought it is an error, went on the app and saw I’m not in any arrears checked bank statements and they indeed did deduct for January, yet they suspended my accounts, unfairly so, inconveniencing me, how unprofessional
