Telkom will find any excuse to not pay device insurance and continue to debit for ****** devices.

I bought a phone from Telkom and had it insured. A few days later I was ****** at gun point while waiting for a taxi. The case was reported and I got an affidavit and took it to Telkom as the device was insured. This was a dual sim Honor X7 and Telkom refused to replace the unit as it was not on a Telkom network. When taking the affidavit it was clearly stated the phone had 2 SIM cards- a Telkom sim and an mtn sim and the last used was the mtn sim. After refusing the honor the insurance they still charged insurance on a ****** blocked phone. Do you lack common sense? the phone is blocked, you refused to replace it- what is it insured for now?
