Telkom will be the end of me

I had a cellphone contract with telkom which was meant to last for 2years, let's just say telkom will be the end of me. The contract ended september last year but they keep on debiting i've been calling them since october last year to cancel the contract as soon as i mention cancelling it never goes through they play ads till you are fed up. December they deducted R722 and apparently it's for the policy which i never agreed to and tried cancelling it since 2022 with no luck and i've already received an invoice for this month i feel like i'm going to go crazy. Cause we had a 24month deal and they were supposed to take R240 only i don't know how we went from there to R327, than R1200 sometimes, than R650 at other times. Yoh😡
