Telkom wifi woes

I ordered wifi for R499 on 10 June 2020. They advertising on our estate. They came to do the installation knowing that they are not allowed to dig pipe on our estate. I cancelled the order and they gave me the run around for weeks they were to give my R700 deposit. Then I asked the estate if they can dig they said yes. So I tell Telkom to come and dig because I could see the saga with Telkom continuing. They told me they could dig and put back the paving I spoke to the agent Richard B only for the technician to tell me it's my responsibility. So they left. I'm waiting for cancellation of order and my refund.
