Telkom WIFI transferred to WHO KNOWS WHERE???

TRANSFER OF WIFI - 5 BLOCKS FROM OLD ADDRESS

On 28 November 2019 I went to Telkom Wonderboom Junction and requested my WIFI service be transferred to a new addres, 5 bloks away.

I have been to Telkom three times now, because when I call 10213, I am informed that my WIFI has been transferred already, and the job card closed.

Well, that is news to me, because nobody has called or contacted us in any way to arrange the transfer.

BUT PUNCTUALLY, YOUR BILL ARRIVES!!! WIFI Service or not, a BILL YOU WILL GET.
