Telkom wifi sucks

Used Telkom wifi with Huawei router for approx 4 years without any problems. Since we moved to Herm**** the signal became worse. Went to Telkom in Whale Coast Mall. They advised me to phone 081 180. Tried twice for about 10 minutes at a time without success. Went to Telkom again, they tried to get through without any luck. What must I do to get a proper wifi connection. Pay R1 815-00 for 50 gigs. Service appaling.
