Telkom wifi service has been the worse in my area, there's no month that passes by without having interruptions for 3-4 days, and we do not get reimbursed or our service is never extended

Telkom wifi service has been the worse in my area, there's no month that passes by without having interruptions for 3-4 days, and we do not get reimbursed or our service is never extended. Our wifi is off again and theres no communication, and getting hold of someone for assistance is always a story, sometimes we just wait until the service is restored, because ill be send from pillar to post from agents. I am looking for a replacement internet service and I once I do get it, i will terminate my services.
