TELKOM Wifi Service

I have been waiting patiently for 4weeks going on 5weeks for TELKOM to send a technician out to fix the wifi problem in my area . Numerous phone calls to them with little or no help at all as to the progress of the problem and NO contact whatsoever from a technician !!! Everytime I call to check the progress of the fault they tell me that they have not sent a technician out and cancelled the fault ! When requesting to speak to a manager or team leader I am put off instantly and they are always out of office!

Unacceptable service for this period of time and I am still being billed full rate for it !!!

Disappointed !
