Telkom Wifi ******* Signal

I have a Telkom wifi line which has been working well for over a year the next thing you know they install a tower in the area and you think ye 4g here we come but boom its over a month now and I get speeds of less than 1mbs. Even the speed tests can't load. It takes like 5min to upload a 2MB file and dont even get me started on the browsing speed. Damn ridiculous. Reported it got the report escalated and what not and their feedback we sorry but the tower is at fault they will upgrade it in three months time. Utter useless bunch. Take our good earned money with promises after promises but no delivery.
