Telkom wifi router bundles are a nightmare

Telkom wifi routers are terrible and a huge waste of money. Reasons: 1. You cannot connect to the router 80% of the time. 2. You have to keep rebooting the router for 15 minutes-30 minutes in order to get a connection each time that you switch the router off. 3. Even though you cannot connect to the router often, the WiFi bundle somehow gets depleted really quick. I did an Enquiry into this with telkom and the telkom agent told me 'it's how I use the bundle' even though I barely used it. I didn't even get an official statement on my data usage with any telkom marks or information on the 'statement'. 5. Telkom agents are also very unhelpful and rude. 4. Supposed to have 10GB day data and 10GB night data but every month, the day and night data get depleted on the same day. It somehow always gets depleted around 10 days before the new bundle kicks in.
