Telkom Wifi Router

I bought a Telkom Wifi router in June and has a 24 month contract with them. After 2 weeks i realized that there were 3 more accounts with Telkom under my name. I also found out that those contracts were taken before i even took the router contract. After calling several times i was advised to do an affidavit and sent it together with copy of my ID. That was done and i waited. Up to today i have never received any feedback from Telkom and every time I call I am told feedback will be provided soon. They open and close my account anytime they want to. How do they investigate those account but on the other hand they are active. To my understanding when some discrepancy is investigated that account must be suspended until investigations are done. Now they sent me a statement saying i owe R 6000. Even the address on that statement is not mine. Its been 4 months now but that has not been sorted out.
