Telkom WiFi problem

Really bad service, we've been without WiFi for 2-3 weeks now.

We call them about everyday and they keep saying the fault is in progress.

We can't do anything without WiFi because we are streaming.

Before we also had problems, they had to reset is everyday just for it to work for a few hours and then it gives problems again.
