Telkom wifi pathetic

Telkom is so dissapointing we have been trying to get hold of them after our internet on our uncapped wifi is not working I mean we pay R720 every month without fail but the internet is not working its now the 5th day. What was a reason to take this service of we won't get any joy maybe it's better we cancel this service
