Telkom wifi not working from start. No routers in Cape Town

<p>I took ou a Telkom wifi package in November last year. Since then the router never worked correctly. Every time we must phone Telkom to restart the modem. Now they found a fault at the pole outside and now the router is broken. No offices in Cape Town have routers and I must phone and find one. It is there fault and they must bring me a new one now !!!!!!</p>
