Telkom WiFi not working
My ADSL WiFi has not been working since the 28/01/2023. I have made numerous calls to Telkom and have been going back and forth even to date it’s not fixed. Spoke to so many people at the call centre with many excuses about the calls being logged incorrectly from their side and that’s honestly not my problem. I only want it to be fixed. I am trying to cancel it because what’s the point?

03 Feb 2023, 11:28I spoke to Derick Moloto, Tshepo Potshana, Nelson Molele, Khumbulo Rudzani whom were all not helpful. I have been going back and forth the whole week. Horrible service
